Your challenge:
To help us continue our growth, we are in search of an experienced information manager. Within this role, you are responsible to develop, implement and supervise the different processes in the domain of information, document, and communication management. Additionally, you select and perform basic administration tasks of the supporting software tools like SharePoint, Confluence and Jira. You make sure that the requirements of our customers regarding data and information management are respected and correctly applied. You closely work together with our project managers, coordinate with our IT department, and provide guidance to our technical writers and engineers.
You document and provide training, support and feedback regarding information management.
Your place of employment is Oostkamp, Belgium.
Your profile:
- Master degree in IT, telecommunications or equivalent
- Several years of proven experience as information manager or equivalent position
- Strong technical skills
- Strong teamworking skills
- Great communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint as a Document Management System
- Minimum language proficiency for the English language: professional working proficiency
- Living in Belgium
- High interest for new technologies and willingness to continuously update your knowledge
Extra assets:
- Experience with the administrator tasks of Confluence and Jira
- Knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset
