How we test
Every product is tested prior to shipping thus ensuring our customers the highest quality standards and fit for purpose. We specialize in testing boards, modules and complete systems. Our test equipment covers a range from DC up till 24 GHz.
We have the ability to test boards with flying probe, power supplies with remote control loads, RF modules with network-, spectrum- and/or peak power analyzers.
All our products undergo stringent environmental and stress screening tests (temperature/shock/vibration) in specialized test rooms. Obviously our test equipment is calibrated, therefore we have our own calibration department. Not only for our own devices but also for our customers
Tailormade services
On site installations
Our Test Division has experience in the world wide installation of IFF systems. Our engineers have installed IFF systems in more than 20 countries from US to Philippines. They are able to tackle a wide range of customer specific technical issues on installations on land and sea.
Maintenance Upgrade
Our Maintenance process is one of our core competences. We have adapted our organization in order to process extensive upgrade programs. The processes are coordinated by our logistics division and is fully supported by our SAP system.
Project management
A dedicated project manager and a specialized project team assembled according to the unique project requirements guarantee that the goals of your project are reached within frame such as budget, resources, quality and time.
Training
We have experience with extensive training programs for governmental and other customers. We have the necessary infrastructure to organize practical trainings as well as theoretical education for our customers.
Obsolescence management
We have the possibility to upload our BOM’s in a obsolescence database and assure the availability of our components for running business or future demands.
